Paul Adcock has 25 years of leadership in exchange innovation for high-growth financial organizations. He is currently the Head of Equities at The 24X Exchange, where he delivers market expertise and strategic advice consulting multiple clients in equities, options, treasuries, and ESG.
Previously, Adcock spent 13 years at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), most recently as Vice President & Head of Trading and Operations — Equities, Options, and ETPs. During his tenure, he played a key role in launching NYSE ARCA Options, NYSE Amex Options, NYSE Bonds, the Trade Reporting Facility, and Pillar. He was also a founding member of Archipelago ECN, the first open electronic stock exchange, which merged with NYSE in 2006.
Adcock holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University and is a distinguished graduate of INSEAD’s Global Executive Leadership Program in Fontainebleau, France.
