Natalie Nicholles is Executive Director at the Capitals Coalition, where she inspires businesses, finance organizations, regulators, and governments to embed decision making that values all capitals: natural, social, human, and financial. She champions a deeply collaborative and systemic approach to driving change in the financial system to build the resilient economy of the future.

Previously, Nicholles served as the Global Director at the Royal Society of Arts, where she expanded research initiatives and built a global, collaborative network on social innovation through the society’s 30,000 fellows around the world. She began her career in the private sector with Wolseley PLC, a FTSE 100 company in Europe. Following this, Nicholles built a highly successful socio-economic impact consultancy at the New Economics Foundation in the UK and internationally, collaborating with more than 100 charities, social enterprises, and government organizations.

Nicholles has published, chaired, and spoken publicly on topics ranging from the value of the social, economic, and environmental impact of community-based adaptation to climate change. Nicholles is passionate about organizations putting people and the planet at the heart of decision-making to deliver an economy that works for all.
